The 13th annual Russo and Steele “Sports and Muscle” Scottsdale auction saw more than 600 automobiles cross the auction block over five days, with the top result going to a numbers-matching 1958 Mercedes-Benz 300 SL Roadster that sold for $727,100. Other headline sales included the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 Coupe that made $605,000, the $242,000 paid for the 1940 Packard Darrin Convertible Custom and the 1969 Ford Mustang Boss 429 that brought $233,750.
