Inaugurated in August 2005, the Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance has developed a reputation for showcasing the most exceptional vehicles and has been a top destination for both participants and spectators. Sunday’s Concours d’Elegance takes place on the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan at Veteran’s Park, a spectacular venue situated between the Milwaukee Yacht Club and the stunningly modern Milwaukee Art Museum. A Saturday morning motor tour and and Saturday evening’s Style & Speed Social adds a special flare to the weekend.
Each year 200 unique motorcars are invited to gather along the lake to celebrate the best in automotive history. The park along the water offers a wide open area rather than crowded into a small space, giving a very relaxed experience. Attendees can expect to see award-winning vehicles which owners have brought from countries as far as Italy, Switzerland and Canada, as well as four corners of the United States. Complete with Saturday seminars, driving tour and evening party has become one of the premier motoring weekends in the Midwest. More than 400 vehicles will be on display Sunday in both the Show & Glow Paddock and the Concours d’Elegance show field on Veteran’s Park at the scenic Milwaukee Lakefront.
Since its inception, The Milwaukee Concours d’Elegance has raised more than $350,000 for charity to improve the lives of children and families in the greater Milwaukee area that include Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin, Boys & Girls Clubs of Great Milwaukee and Meta House.
